1. What’s the turnaround time?

All custom orders take 2–3 weeks (about 21 business days) to be processed and created. This does not include shipping time. Each case is handmade and designed with care!

2. How long does shipping take?

Once your order is complete:

Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Yes, we ship internationally!

3. What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of each product, returns and refunds are not accepted.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part, it will be remade and re-shipped at no extra cost.

4. How does the design process work?

Customers must submit their own photos when ordering.

If you’re purchasing from the #OnYourMoodBoard section, your collage design comes with pre-selected images.

5. What models and finishes do you offer?

We welcome all phone and iPad models! If you don’t see yours listed, feel free to message us.

You can choose from Regular (Plastic), Glossy, or Glass finishes depending on your style.

6. Do you offer any add-ons?

Yes! When purchasing a collage custom case, you can add a matching digital wallpaper for your phone or iPad for an additional cost.

7. How do I pay for my order?

All payments are securely made online. We also offer Klarna at checkout, so you can shop now and pay later!
