Shipping policy

First, let us say thank you for allowing us to accessorize your lifestyle!

We offer Standard (3-5 Business Day) shipping and Priority (1-3 Business Day) shipping. After your order has processed (which takes up to three business days) your item(s) will be shipped. If you have purchased a CUSTOM item please refer back to the item description to get an estimated ship time. 

IF YOU EVER HAVE ISSUES WITH LOST MAIL, choose PRIORITY (this will insure your package in case of any unforeseen events.)

Our shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays. We do not ship on the weekend. If you receive a email/text saying "just shipped", please allow TWO business days for the tracking number to update. Your tracking number will not update until your package is dropped off at the designated shipping carrier. 

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAIL OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES.

If your package is returned back to us , you will have to pay an reshipment fee for your order to be shipped back to you.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY EXCHANGES AND/OR REFUNDS UNLESS YOUR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE PURCHASING THE RIGHT SIZE FOR EVERY ITEM. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU PURCHASE THE WRONG SIZE.

IF YOUR PACKAGE SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT IS NOT IN YOUR MAILBOX, PLEASE ALLOW THREE BUSINESS DAYS FOR IT TO ARRIVE. IF IT DOES NOT SHOW, CONTACT USPS FIRST BEFORE CONTACTING US REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
